How much do you charge for shipping?
All of my products are under 1 lb. I will package your order in a safe, padded envelope or box. My minimum shipping charge is $3.95 for anything under 1 lb. (individual product purchases) and anything over 1 lb. (some multiple item purchases) will have a charge of $4.95 within the US.
Will you make me something specific if I don't see it listed on your website?
Yes! If there is something specific you want and I don't have it listed, just send me an email describing what you want (preferably with a picture of something close to it to make sure no details get lost in translation). I will review the request and get back to you within 3 days with a quote. If you approve the quote, I will make the product within a week and send you a picture of it to make sure it is what you want. If further changes are needed, I will keep editing and sending you pictures until it is just right, and only then I will send it to you in a safe, padded envelope.
Do you do home jewelry parties?
Sure! If you live within about an hour* of Cleveland, OH, I will gladly come to your home for an evening of fun and beautiful jewelry!
As a host of a party you automatically receive a free pair of earrings! If 5 sales are made, you also receive a bracelet, and if 10 sales are made, you also receive a necklace! You get to choose which free products you want** and can take them that night.
If you wish to set up a party, I will email you any and all promotional materials you will need which you can either send out as emails to your potential guests, or you can print them out (you can specify if you want them in color or in black and white), including standard 8.5X11" size invitations you can mail to your friends. I prefer to use email when possible to save trees, but I also understand that not everyone has computer access.
*Any distances beyond an hour need to be discussed, and I need at least 2 weeks advanced notice. Any distance within an hour, I need at least 1 week advanced notice.
**From a limited selection which includes some separate pieces and some sets.
What is a Bracelet Helper, and how do I use it?
A bracelet helper is an incredibly useful tool. It lets you hold onto one end of your bracelet securely so that you can maneuver the other end easier.
Using a Bracelet Helper is easy! All you do is:
-Clip the head of the helper onto one end of your bracelet clasp*.
-Hold it in the hand that you are putting the bracelet on. -Hold the helper with the handle pointing up towards your fingertips and the clip holding the bracelet on the underside of your wrist.
-Take the other end in your other hand and clasp it.
-Unclip it and enjoy!
-To remove a bracelet, just do the same thing in reverse.
*On a bracelet with a clasp that requires force such as a lobster clasp or a spring-ring clasp, clip the helper onto the solid ring and maneuver the mechanical side with your free hand
